CML Micro delivers a range of high-performance semiconductor devices to meet the challenges of advanced wireless communications.

CML Micro provides its customers with innovative state of the art solutions to demanding communication applications globally. Our integrated devices are underpinned by un-rivalled communications systems understanding and deep semiconductor design innovation.

Our portfolio can be split into three broad categories:

  1. SµRF, CML Micro's new range of high frequency, high bandwidth ICs targeting RF and mmWave, supporting emerging markets such as 5G, Satellite and IoT.
     
  2. Our highly integrated mixed signal SoC’s and Software Defined Radios for advanced communication applications in terrestrial, satellite and maritime communications markets including advanced mission critical voice and data applications aerospace and defence.
     
  3. Highly power optimised DSP and baseband devices to provide optimum battery life with high performance and application flexibility for voice, voice coding and data use cases.

Process technologies used include mature and state-of-the-art processes and geometries, including CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe, GaAs and GaN.
