The CMX7341 provides a common platform that can deliver marine radio solutions based on a configurable baseband processor with direct connection to an I/Q based RF receiver. The chip-set comprising CMX7341 Marine Common Platform Processor + CMX994A Direct Conversion Receiver (DCRx) enables a high integration and cost-effective radio solutions to be realised.

A Man-OverBoard Example Script for the PE0403. A EV9942A (CMX994A Direct Conversion Receiver) and PE0003 are required for the test system. See the script header text for connection and configuration of the Evaluation Kits and message flow. This script will only operate with CMX7341 FI-6.1.0.2 or later. Version 1.0.

Two versions of the Evaluation Kit are available allowing the user to investigate all aspects of the chosen CMX994, high-performance direct conversion receiver. A common PC-based application identifies the CMX994 version and starts an interactive GUI for configuration and control. A separate hi-res schematic is available for both versions of the EV9942. |
