On November 15-17 the CML Microcircuits USA sales team participated at the RFMW Sales Conference at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. This was the first event for RFMW after a 3-year hiatus due to COVID-19. RFMW went all in with an incredibly well-organized event: great location, interactive meetings, delicious food, fun after-hours activities, and a well-designed “Speed Dating” style day.
The “Speed Dating” day consisted of multiple 15-minute sessions where the CML sales team was able to spend quality face-to-face time with the entire inside and outside sales organization, as well as product marketing and product line managers. The CML sales team were able to touch on key opportunities, address specific product questions and continue to increase the awareness of the CML brand. It was clear that the CML SµRF product line is getting increased marketing recognition and interest from the field.
The RFMW award dinner was another highlight of the sales conference. CML was able to hear directly from Joel Lavine about their exceptional sales year and understand the future direction and the ambitious plans for 2023 and beyond. The evening was also a great opportunity to join the suppliers who awarded special recognition awards to key RFMW sales individuals. It was our pleasure to recognize Don Onorato for his outstanding work managing CML’s business in his territory.
